Laundry-o-mat is established 2020 to start providing digital payment for students in the dormitory laundries.

Today we started testing period in TalTech (Tallinn Technical University) in 6 different laundries.

To get started with Laundry-O-Mat, open our webapp laundryomat.eu from device your browser and register your account for free. You can sign up directly on your iOS or Android device, as well as via desktop browser.

After you register, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your Laundry-O-Mat account. If you don’t receive this confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact Laundry-O-Mat support. Once you confirm your account, you will have access to Laundry-O-Mat service.

Payments & Refunds

You can make payment to Laundryomat OÜ bank account EE907700771004602940 or via a card. Minimum amount is 15.00 euro. Payment description you have to add your account email address.

NB! Bank transfer sender's name must match first name and last name of your Laundry-O-Mat account.

NB! Bank transfer's description must contain your e-mail which matches your account e-mail.

Payment via bank transfer is not visible immediately. We try to make it visible as soon as possible so be patient.

You can add credit and see all transactions.

• You are eligible for a refund payment during 14 days after your initial purchase.
• Be aware that cancelling the washing cycle does not initiate the refund process. Please contact customer support directly at support@laundryomat.eu using the same email address as your Laundry-O-Mat account, and wait for confirmation.
• Due to Privacy Policy, we will not be able to process your request if you write to us from a different email address.
• Please do not delete your Laundry-O-Mat account before the refund has been completed since it might delay the process.

You have to use the washing machines with good manner and responsibility.

Follow the instructions on site with accuracy.

Do not exceed laundry weight limits.

Do not overdose powder or other detergents.

No physical involvement allowed.

The money which is transferred from the card or from bank account to the Laundry-o-mat system is eligible for full refund to bank account immediately but not more than 14 days.

Sums which is refunded within the Laundry-o-mat system is not eligible for refund to bank account and intended to be used only within the system.

Use the same email address as your Laundry-O-Mat account. In other words, we will not be able to process your request if you write to us from a different email address.

Please do not delete your Laundry-O-Mat account before the refund has been completed since it might delay the process.

If we believe that user doesn’t follow the terms and condition above we reserve the right to not provide any services further on.
